These Terms are an agreement between you and BTech LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, for BiaVis. By accepting, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter this agreement, and agree to these Terms and the incorporated Community Guidelines and Safety notice. If you do not agree, do not use cloud, competition, or community features.

Fitness service, not medical advice

BiaVis is a fitness and entertainment product, not a medical device, emergency service, coach, or substitute for professional medical advice. Metrics can be inaccurate. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or unsafe conditions, and seek appropriate help.

Your account

You are responsible for your device and account activity. Sign in with Apple may be used to recover a claimed account. Do not sell, share, automate, or misuse an account. BTech may restrict an account to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

Fair competition

Submit only your own genuine activity. Do not fabricate sensor evidence, use vehicles for conventional-bike credit, manipulate location or camera input, interfere with scoring, exploit bugs, harass opponents, or evade enforcement. Server-verified facts control rankings and BiaVis Points. Verification can classify an activity as practice-only, review, rejected, or invalidated.

Community content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant BTech a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process it only to operate, secure, moderate, and improve BiaVis. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, private, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or dangerous content. Use report and block tools when needed.

Availability and changes

BiaVis is provided without a promise that every feature, event, score, route, or connection will always be available or error-free. Features may change, be suspended, or be retired. We will not reinterpret immutable historical scoring contracts merely to change a future rule.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using BiaVis, sign out, or delete your account. Deletion removes or pseudonymizes data as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page. BTech may suspend or terminate access for safety, fraud, abuse, legal compliance, or material breach, with appeal where required.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BiaVis is provided “as is” and “as available.” BTech disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for ordinary risks inherent in exercise, outdoor travel, road conditions, device failure, inaccurate GPS, user conduct, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. The final public Terms will contain counsel-approved liability and dispute language.

Governing law

New Mexico law governs these Terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country or state. The final public Terms will include counsel-approved dispute, venue, and any arbitration language.
