Account Deletion

Delete an account in Profile → Account & Safety → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@biavis.app and complete verification.

Deletion first prevents new uploads, then removes pending evidence, private identity data, export packages, social sharing, device queues, routes, local workout history, and the authentication account. Workouts already saved to Apple Health remain controlled in Apple Health.

Verified competitive result facts may remain under a random, non-public pseudonymous identifier so historical standings, reversals, and anti-cheat records remain internally consistent. Legal-acceptance proofs may be retained pseudonymously for six years after closure. Closed safety records may be retained for 24 months or longer when safety, litigation, or law requires it.

Deletion cannot be undone. If a competitive upload is still pending, BiaVis asks you to retry or finish the upload before sign-out or deletion so evidence is not silently discarded.
