Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. BiaVis provides in-app export and account-deletion controls, and privacy@biavis.app accepts rights requests.

How to make a request

Use Account & Safety while signed in or email from the address associated with Sign in with Apple. Describe the request and the country or state where you live. We may ask for reasonable verification and will not ask for your password or Apple identity token.

What to expect

We will acknowledge the request, verify authority, search the relevant systems, and respond within the period required by applicable law. A portable export includes server account, profile, results, social data, and still-retained evidence, plus local history, routes, and settings available on the iPhone creating the export. Export links expire after 48 hours and packages purge within 72 hours.

We may deny or limit a request when law permits—for example, to protect another person, prevent fraud, preserve legal claims, or retain pseudonymous competitive facts needed for standings and anti-cheat integrity. You may reply to appeal a denial and may complain to the regulator available under local law.
