Community Guidelines

Version 1.0.0-draft · Effective August 10, 2026

BiaVis should feel competitive without becoming hostile. These rules apply to handles, profiles, Clubs, posts, invitations, events, reports, and other community interactions.

Do

  • Compete honestly and submit only genuine activity.
  • Respect privacy, boundaries, road rules, event rules, and local law.
  • Keep Club announcements and meeting details accurate.
  • Use report and block tools when something is unsafe or abusive.
  • Obtain permission before identifying or posting information about another person.

Do not

  • Threaten, harass, stalk, shame, discriminate, or encourage self-harm or dangerous exercise.
  • Post sexual exploitation, graphic violence, illegal instructions, fraud, spam, impersonation, or another person’s private information.
  • Manipulate verification evidence, coordinate cheating, use a car for bike credit, or misrepresent e-bike activity.
  • Create accounts to evade blocks, moderation, eligibility rules, or a ban.
  • Use Club or event tools to create unsafe meetings or conceal material route risks.

Enforcement

BTech may limit reach, remove content, invalidate activity, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or notify authorities when appropriate. Context, severity, history, intent, and immediate risk inform enforcement. Report concerns in the app or email safety@biavis.app. Safety reports are targeted for acknowledgment within 24 hours. Blocking immediately hides supported direct interactions while a report is reviewed.
